No. You reserve at the rate shown and there is no upfront charge to book through TabiPass — payment is settled with the hotel once your stay is confirmed.
Are meals included in the rate?
Yes. All rates shown include meals as described in each room plan. The exact meals (typically breakfast and dinner) are listed in the plan details for every room.
How do I earn Max Miles on my stay?
HeyMax members earn Max Miles automatically after a confirmed stay — 4 Max Miles per ¥500 — credited to the HeyMax account linked at sign-in.
Are member rates different from public prices?
Yes. TabiPass shows exclusive members-only rates. You need to be signed in to view and book them; prices and availability are confirmed before you check out.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00, unless a different time is noted in the hotel's accommodation information above.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
